CCIE全稱Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert,是美國Cisco公司於1993年開始推出的專家級認證考試。被全球公認為IT業最權威的認證,是全球Internetworking領域中最頂級的認證證書。目前，CCIE持有者占思科認證總人數還不足3%，全球網路從業者的1%不到（思科官方資料）。Cisco認證主要提供工程師在今日快速變動的網路環境中駕馭Cisco設備所需的專業知識。CCIE是Cisco（除了新推出的CCA以外）最高級技術能力的認證，位於Cisco金字塔認證體系中塔尖，也是IT界公認的最權威、最受尊重證書之一，2003年被評為全球十大IT認證榜首，具有IT終極認證的美稱。取得CCIE證書除了整個行業的認同之外，CCIE也是你不斷持有最新網路知識的指標；你將會在你的專業技術領域中成為一位最具競爭力的人。

一、如何獲得CCIE認證

CCIE認證目前有六個方向：

　　Routing and Switching (RS)    路由交換CCIE              350-001

　　Security                   安全CCIE                  350-018

　　Service Provider             電信運營商CCIE            350-029

　　Voice                      語音CCIE                  350-030

　　Storage Networking           存儲CCIE                  350-040

　　Wireless                    無線CCIE                 350-050

獲得CCIE需要取得以下課程考試：

1、CCIE資格考試（即上面提供的筆試考試代碼）

第一步是CCIE資格考試，必須通過理論考試部分才能進入下一階段的實驗考試。考試時間為兩個小時90-110 questions，方式是機試選擇題（computer-based, multiple choice exams）。考試費用是$350 USD，考試地點有很多，candidates可以通過Pearson VUE 來查詢預定。考試如果失敗必須等到5天后（思科官網說5days，但是我的理解是5個工作日如有出入以思科官方為准）再次嘗試考試；如果通過了，那麼同樣的考試要相隔180天以後才能重新考。筆試的有效期就是18個月，如果一次沒通過lab考試下次的lab考試必須在12個月內完成，如果三年內仍然不能通過lab考試則需要重新參加資格考試。這裏思科官方網站上提到個Beta Exams 只有$50 USD,但是貌似沒見過測試版，A candidate may attempt the beta exam only once during the beta period.

2、CCIE實驗考試The Final Step in Earning Your CCIE

CCIE RS4.0Lab考試需要8個小時的時間，考試內容分為三部分，按順序依次為：

1. Core Knowledge section 就是理論簡答題，這部分主要考察學生的理論水準，需要在30分鐘內完成。一般都是簡答，題目用5個或者以下的單詞就可以回答清楚。整個lab考試8小時時間是固定的，所以這部分盡可能快速做完，準備充分的考生基本15分鐘可以搞定。這部分得分必須超過80%否則按照0分計算，也就是failed。從2010年4月1日起，思科允許參加360課程學習的考生主動提出放棄這部分考試的要求，詳情參見https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-6842 ，看來思科的360課程優惠還是很有力度滴 J

2. Troubleshooting 故障排查，這部分是2009年10月18日4.0版新增加的內容。此部分考試兩個小時，題目中的大拓撲圖大概包含20-30個設備（模擬器，這個提示非思科官方聲明，卓天偷偷告訴你的），預配置中會有錯誤，要求兩個小時內按照題目需求解決10-11題目。全部完成後可提前進入下一部分的configuration，但是一旦進入下一部分就無法返回到Troubleshooting了，切記切記。此部分得分同樣是80%pass，少於80%就是杯具了。

3.Configuration 這部分沒什麼好說的跟3.0的考試差不多，只是設備有所改變，包括5個Routers (2台1841 series routers and 3台3825 series routers - IOS 12.4(T) – Advanced Enterprise Services)4個Switches(Catalyst 3560 Series switches running IOS version 12.2 - Advanced IP Services)，做完前兩部分的剩餘時間就是這部分的考試時間了，題量還是蠻大的，大家抓緊時間。

考試費用：$1400 USD 這裏面強調下這$1400 USD是不包含手續費的，所以要確保思科在90天考試之前收到的就是$1400. 具體的付費方式和刷位置的教程我會另外開貼講解

考場環境：考試中除了第一部分是可以查看Cisco documentation CD的，但是從2006年三月開始搜索功能被關閉了，所以candidate一定要對文檔很熟悉才行，否則時間不夠的。考試期間有任何設備的問題都要主動跟監考人員諮詢，否則考試結束後任何申述都沒有意義了。

考試的評判：每個題目都有特定的需求和相應的分數，考官們會先使用自動的工具獲取初步的資訊，也就是說如果最基本的要求比如ping通都達不到，分數是不會給你的，之後具體的評判還是有由考官查看的。至於再評估問題要在考試結束後14天內提出，費用是US$250不包含任何地方稅和手續費。一旦reread程式開始就不能被終止了，費用只有當考試結果從failed改為pass才能退回。程式一般是在收到付款後的三周之內開始，每次考試只有一次reread的機會，歷史上只有0.3%的考試結果發生了改變所以大家三思啊！！！

考試結果查詢：一般考試結果會在48小時之內完成(貌似很多當天晚上就出來了，很多考生等到半夜刷出pass成績，頓時內牛滿面啊)。這裏登陸進去需要四個資訊請牢記：candidate ID 、考試方向、考試時間、筆試成績。
